Anastasia Island is over twenty miles of waterfront property. Saint Augustine Beach is on the northern part of the island. Crescent Beach is to the south. The island is wider near St. Augustine Beach, allowing more room for homes and businesses. There are not as many intercoastal front condos at St. Augustine Beach as there are in Crescent Beach. Condominiums for sale at St Augustine Beach Condos

Most people consider St Augustine Beach the northern part of Anastasia Island. The city of St Augustine Beach is only about three miles long by about one mile wide. The real estate on this site covers Anastasia Island north of Crescent Beach. Highway A1A runs parallel to the shore line all the way through St Augustine Beach. If you don't have to cross the road to get to the beach, we consider that a "Beachfront condo." When the condo unit faces the ocean, it's considered an oceanfront condo. Condos located on the west side of A1A are not beachfront, but the beach is often just a short walk away; some even have limited ocean views. Prices vary according to location and view. Most of the new condos are located on the west side of A1A. They usually have higher ceilings, larger floor plans and garages.
