Sea Oats Condos
Sea Oats Condos is located at
St. Augustine Beach FL, about 6
miles from the historic section
of St. Augustine. There are a
total of 9 individual
condominium units built in 1985.
Sea Oats units are flat (1
level) and offer 1130 sq. ft. of
living space. Sea Oats is an
beachfront complex with ocean
front condos. Each unit has two
bedrooms and 2 baths. The
laundry is located inside each
unit. There is plenty of parking
but no covered parking or
garages. At this time there is
no on-site rental office.
Direct Oceanfront Condos
The low maintenance fee makes
this a good investment. Another
thing I like about this condo is
there are only nine units. There
are not a lot of people hanging
around, coming and going etc.
You don't have to park a half a
mile away to get to your condo.
It's close to the grocery
stores- Publix and Winn Dixie
are only a half mile away. If
you like fishing, the public
pier is within a few blocks. For
a direct ocean front condo in
St. Augustine Beach, I think
it's a good buy.
